Please note that it is not possible to renew the lending period via email. Please use one of the following options:

• You are able to renew the loan period via telephone or in person in every branch of the network.
• Furthermore, you can administrate your account and renew the loan period of borrowed items on-line or at the catalogue computers in the libraries. Just choose the option "Konto" in the catalogue.
